The Art Thing – Sound Journey

Join us on the rooftop at Rock City Centre for Sound Journey, an immersive listening experience presented by The Art Thing Collaborative in partnership with MindSpa.

Put on a pair of headphones, settle into a comfortable seat, and experience curated soundscapes designed to encourage calm, reflection, and connection.

Drop-in listening sessions will begin approximately every 25 minutes throughout the event. You’re welcome to arrive at any time during the event window and join the next available journey.

What to Expect

• Each Sound Journey lasts approximately 20 minutes.

• Stay for one session or enjoy multiple journeys throughout the evening.

• No experience or preparation is needed.

• Simply arrive, put on the headphones, and give yourself a chance to slow down and reset.
